Content manager
As part of my collaboration with Ponce, my role was to supervise the post-production and content publishing teams for his YouTube channel dedicated to replaying his live shows. The challenge was to structure and optimize the workflow to transform his streams into best-of, tailored to the expectations of his community.
We set up an organization, from managing teams of editors to planning publications. The process included:
- A selection of highlights from each stream
- Dynamic best-of editing with a creative approach
- Creating thumbnails and catchy titles
- Regular publication of videos on the dedicated channel
- Performance analysis to fine-tune future videos
This project gave new visibility to Ponce's content by reaching a wider audience, while boosting community engagement thanks to shorter, more dynamic formats.

NOS ANECDOTES GÊNANTES - PONCE LA SWITCH
C'est le Best Of de l'émission Ponce La Switch avec plein de copains. Pour la première fois, on à fait un vrai montage du live de cette soirée.C'était vraiment vraiment cool, on a pu entendre de belles anecdotes, gênantes ou non avec la participation d'Ultia, d'Angle Droit, d'Etoiles, d'Antoine Daniel, de Rivenzi et de MisterJday.
